I've already done that for all necessary mods.
That's due to me changing how the loot table works for Ancient Dangers. I've uploaded a fix so the loot table is added properly. Just be sure to run my mod after.
The majority of its vanilla, Royalty DLC or Odyssey DLC. The others shown I believe are from the Neolithic style which is from Alpha Memes.
Searching for Lantern Hunters what I found was a mod from 1.4, I didn't see a newer version. If that's the mod itself though it looks to be a total conversion and it claims not even the dlcs are compatible. I imagine it would probably use its own loot lists or overwrite the originals like this mod assuming it touches that area.
My mod should be compatible with pretty much every mod except those that overhaul the loot lists themselves. Some mods might need a tweak to work properly or a specific load order if they were trying to add things to the loot tables. However, that should be fairly minimal.
There are no changes to fishing or its loot tables in this mod so it should be compatible.
Yes, they should spawn on campsites but they are not guaranteed.
