Quake Movement

1-1 port of quake's movement system (c to lua) for gmod. (sv_user.c)
it keeps some of gmods physics, but you can feel the quake for sure.

vars:
qm_friction - ground friction multiplier
qm_edgefriction - edge friction multiplier
qm_stopspeed - min speed before stopping
qm_maxspeed - max player speed
qm_accelerate - ground acceleration
qm_airaccelerate - air acceleration
qm_wateraccelerate - water acceleration
qm_waterfriction - water friction
