The addon requires third-party modules from GitHub to work:
Steam module [github.com]
Discord module [github.com]
Install them under GarrysMod\garrysmod\lua\bin

A simple addon on Rich Presence for Discord and Steam that shows some stats from your current session such as current map, server ip and score.

Every addon on workshop is serverside except model/texture/sound replacements (means that it will not work on other servers but yours), you can try inject client lua if server allowed that and see if its works

sadly this is not possible, addons don't work in the main menu realm
