What is panic+
Basically, what this addon does is make NPCS act like real humans. Now, they wont be unfazed when gunshots erupt, and will instead run like their life depends on it. Additionally, if they see their friends drop, they will also panic knowing that there is a potential threat. They will panic the most especially if an explosion went off. Basically it works by making the npcs prioritize different things with different scenarios like taking cover and running. + NPCS can spread panic around like a news broadcaster, telling each and everyone that they approach a threat is nearby if they are oblivious to it.


NOTE: Crowd panic seems to be too simple and only works on refugees I recall and only makes them run, not hide.
