Vanilla Decoy Flares (Vanilla+)

This is a really basic mod that makes flare gun magazines loaded into and fired from fireworks launchers work as decoy flares in the Vanilla+ framework. I made it to pair with this mod:

But it should work with just about any guided missiles that use the Vanilla+ framework. Use and remix as you desire. I've got no clue if it's balanced or not, but it is fun and adds a new dimension to fights.
