Standardized Nimble XP for build 42 (41 supported*)

This is an update to the great mod by ConquerorKoala

How it works

Original description:
Project Zomboid uses a random number generator (RNG) to determine whether the player gains Nimble XP.
This mod changes that to a new method where the player is constantly rewarded with XP for combat walking, every X (configurable) times for Y (configurable) bonus XP.
This means you can reliably gain Nimble XP without depending on the RNG.

Details

*The mod should work for build 41, but I haven't tested it. If you can test it and give feedback, that would be great.
To build mod 41, you need ModOptions, as before.
To build mod 42, you don't need ModOptions.

Settings

As in build 41, the mod settings are in the "Settings" -> "Mods" tab.

Seems to mostly work as advertised in B41 and B41 Multiplayer. I did get the nimble XP at set intervals when walking in circles, but if I was going straight forward and back, I got it at set intervals, but also randomly too, so I think this mod may be giving set intervals AND RNG intervals at the same time in B41.

you have to have mod option else it wont let you enable this mod even if you are on 42, but mod option is bugged out and doesnt show up in mod tab : /
