This map is not made by myself, I just ported it to CS2 but it has some improvements compared to the old version.

It's a really easy map, I can say that it's a tier 1. Maybe not the simplest, but it's short.
How long have you been surfing?

No way is this tier 1. Maybe it got harder in CS2? I spent an hour and couldn't beat it.

Yeah, exactly. The map is hard enough and these boxes made it so much harder. I mean, I finished it a couple of times already but that is the only thing that made it almost impossible to finish. Luckily, this map doesn't have much bugs on the surf like the others I've played. I guess there is a way to make surf smoother so it doesn't bug you to stop that people are not using.

In the original version on hammer 1, they're also in the same place, so I wanted to be as faithful as possible to the original version and reproduce the smallest details, such as the boxes, identically.
I can understand why they might be a nuisance, but I don't think it's by chance that they've been placed there, and that the designer has made it to make the trajectory a little harder.

The map is amazing BUT- you could've put 1 small box or 2 small boxes next to each other, or 1 big box, or no boxes at all but noooo - you put two small boxes 50cm apart from each other where one is sticking out of the ground so basically whenever you try to land on it and to bhop over it to the next surf it will bug you and stuck you to the ground. Pointless addition.
Otherwise it is really great map once you get a hold of it.
