Drone Jamming Area - Vanilla

First iteration of a drone jamming area.

Works with customisable triggers, and you can copy-paste these across the map, as long as you make sure variable names are correct and updated for each.

Will "jam" drones coming in to the area depending on which side they belong (determined in trigger codes), where upon the user will be disconnected from the drone, and unable to control it again.

An "Editor Comment" follows the composition to explain its usage.
