描述
Cirno, the 9/9 Strongest Fairy

Cirno is a unique rushdown / setplay character. She has powerful projectiles and zoning tools, but mainly relies on going in with faster, big buttons to rack up damage and send the opponent into a metaphorical blender. Mainly relies on neutral and big buttons in order to overpower her opponents, along with heavy mobility to dodge and fly around her opponent. Comes with extra ice.

honestly i was too lazy to make hurtsprites because they blended into cirno's idle too much

but if you have a good idea for it ping me in the cirno thread in yodding and i'll make it

I kinda wish Cirno had a pain sprite, it makes it difficult to tell if she's in hitstun.
