Craftable Crates

描述
The Crates are now both Original Vanilla restored in functionality, and are craftable.

Deconstructing a Crate yields x1 Steel
Fabricating a Crate uses x1 Steel

The crates do not have any Skill tied to them so they do not give XP but anyone can craft them.
Deconstruction has been slowed down back to what it was before when crates yielded steel from deconstruction.

The reason that is @Necronomicron is because the way the recipes are added is a XML override this essentially overides the whole thing about the crate leaving the capacity stuck to the default ammount.

For some reason ignores «Stack Size 62x Lua» mod and caps stacks at 32. I used «Craftable crates (UwU)» before and it didn't have this problem, but it is now removed from the workshop.
