for those of you who are wondering how to get all the notes turn on wireframe (they aren't readable for me anyway) and look for the blue squares across the map

(spoilers)


once you find them a reskinned metro cop with a slenderman model and a kill barrier as someone else pointed out it can be killed with a ar2 ball or op sweps like the black mesa pack
