描述
Left 4 dead style menu. Much has been redone.
The menu has been improved and is now displayed correctly on ULTRA 4K monitors with a diagonal of 34 inches

- Added button Restart Sound System
- Added button Rebuild Audio Cache
- Add singleplayer button
- New lobby, new team lobby
- New In-game menu:
added enable or disable Crosshair Sight,
added enable or disable Muzzle Flash.
- Background wallpaper widescreen in 4K, the rest in 2048х2048
- Added translation of 18 languages in the campaign SINGLE PLAYER due to lack of translation
- Mutations: added 9 preview images that were not originally there.
- New logo Left 4 Dead 2 is now only in the main menu and in system messages.
and a bunch of other things.

Maybe add a little more spacing to the menu? I encounter a problem hovering the menu in 4:3 tabs can't be selected.
