[TFA] XCOM 2 Advent Magnetic Rifle

Adds Magnetic Rifle used by Advent Forces in XCOM 2 as SWEP in Garry's Mod. Weapon itself is heavy pulse rifle which uses AR2 ammo.

I had to use some particles from Darken217's SciFi Weapons, sadly I can't make my own, I only was able recolor existing particle to fit this gun, and thats why I add it as dependency since particle might use some textures from that mod. Maybe later I'll do it standalone.

Also my first swep with actually working 3D Scope.
