Permanent Debris

As the title suggests, all types of debris will now disappear only when there's a level transition. Nothing more, nothing less. You will be able to see every glass shard, concrete chunk after a firefight, which is great. Of course it will get laggy if you get carried away and hit the same spot with a crowbar for 1 hour, but it's perfectly playable during normal gameplay. Enjoy.
