描述
Tried to fix ceno0's Elster model port.

DISABLE ceno0's ADDON FIRST OR IT WILL CAUSE ISSUES!!!!!!

Fixes:
added c_arms
fingers aren't a complete mess anymore (some issues still exist)
fixed culling on the damaged elster bodygroup



ragdoll model still has broken hands and I have no idea how to fix it (if you know how hit me up)

@Syrreal Looks like you added the TTT Hitboxes, but there's a few faulty hitboxes on the head... I'm using this addon https://steamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2963689108 to check. Thank you for your work so far... but there's just this much more to do before this little boy turns into a... Birthday Boy.

I'm not sure whats causing the issues with the fingers, but have you checked your playermodel SMD in Blender again? And maybe have a little looksie into the QC file's definebones, maybe you can spot the issue there, like some missing finger bone or some bone with a wrong name?

I updated c_arms with the right version now

@ELSTER-512 Turns out I did upload the wrong c_arms version when I already had one with the finger bone fixed

Doesn't fix the ragdoll though rip
