But what if the Teleporter warps everything where it shouldn't? or "Don't remove the ladder from the ballast!"
You'll have to move everything back...
To avoid that, you should take care of limitations in advance with the help of a console command!

(Meaning, you can prevent players from moving ladders and captain's cabins.)
Settings are automatically saved in a .json file on the server side, so you won't have to change them every time.

What's there to move? Everything is already perfect...
You clearly haven't tried the RIBA Portable Items mod.
It got updated, by the way.

And yes, both client and server sides are required. Singleplayer also works.

you seemed to have accidentally deleted the main mover lua file when removing that git file

Buy it or craft it, grab it, and shoot at the selectable object. Something like that

The mover won't work if it's not installed on the host, and also if the host has imposed certain restrictions
