You must subscribe to the Texture Files for this to work correctly
+Ultra edition of Urik's particle, used in many custom weapon mods like Lt. Rocky's, Dr Haus, etc...
Reworked most of the effect using textures from my particle pack, this mod replaces error.pcf and does not requires particle manifest.

Great! Perhaps it would be better to lower the brightness of the gun flame a bit. When I shoot in dark areas or concentrate fire, it is too bright and makes my eyes feel uncomfortable and tired.

Hello, 7ᴇᴍᴘᴇsᴛᴲ. Does it remove the muzzle flash from MAC 10? (third and first person view)

I guess this is the case, because any muzzleflash effects have no effect on them, and they will only appear if and only if muzzleflash effects are the default effects of the game (that is, without installing any muzzleflash effect addons)

Do they show missing particle in the console, if not then it's because the weapon doesnt emit any particle effect in its fire animation

Why doesn't it work for some weapons? For example, MW22 M4 and MW22 M16, these weapons have no muzzleflash effects at all in first person view, even though I have installed all the necessary attachments

The issue is most likely that third person in L4D2 is very hack-y, and the game will try to use the first person particles even when you enter third person mode. Most notably, laser-sight will not work. It is what it is.
