It's a reference to the Lee Enfield rifle used by Lawrence of Arabia during WW1. It's an interesting story, I recommend reading up on it.

Hello. Why does the lee-enfield have arabic writing on it?

Those RAPS things are complete cancer. Flopper should negate the stun and make you take way less damage.
