描述
A major overhaul to Strike Craft mechanics in Stellaris, adding 9 new types of Strike Craft, 3 new ship sections, and over 25 individual components to choose from!





Space Superiority Fighters
Designed to achieve space superiority and enable strategic bombers to complete their carrier missions. Ideal for intercepting, escorting, and dogfighting.

Fighters
+50% Hull Damage | 8 Count
Fighters carry modified rotary flak-cannons to attack both strike craft and smaller ships.

Interceptors
+200 Speed, +10% Evasion | 10 Count
Interceptors rely on their high-powered engines and pulsed lasers to quickly destroy mobile targets.

Assault Fighters
+50% Shield Damage, +50% Armor Damage, Improved Shields | 4 Count
Assault Fighters use their heavy shield generators and twin repeater plasma cannons to obliterate their opposition.



Strategic Bombers
Designed to decimate capital ships of various sizes but cannot target other Strike Craft. Requires support to be fully effective, but given time, these assault craft can decimate enemy fleets.

Bombers
+100% Shield Penetration, +100% Armor Penetration, -200 Speed, -10% Evasion | 4 Count
Bombers release large payloads of disruptors onto their targets, devastating capital ships and their escorts.

Torpedo Bombers
+100% Armor Damage, +100% Bonus Against Large Ships, -200 Speed, -10% Evasion | 4 Count
Torpedo Bombers fire miniaturized shaped charge torpedoes to eliminate even the most heavily armored targets.

Gunships
+100 Attack Range, +100% Shield Damage, -20% Accuracy, -20% Tracking | 4 Count
Gunships provide fire support from afar, launching a barrage of projectiles from their spinal-mounted railguns.



Unique Strike Craft
These specialized Strike Craft have unique requirements to unlock, but excel at certain roles.

Starfighters - Requires Dark Matter
+100% Shield Penetration, Improved Armor, +200 Speed, +10% Evasion | 4 Count
Starfighters use rapid-fire ion cannons to disable the shields and subsystems of other strike craft. They're also equipped with Dark Matter propulsion for extreme speed and are clad in hyper-dense composite armor.

Strike Bombers - Requires Dark Matter
+200% Hull Damage, Improved Armor | 4 Count
Strike Bombers use heavy particle launchers to project devastating beams of focused energy against their targets. They're also equipped with Dark Matter propulsion for extreme speed and are clad in hyper-dense composite armor.

Swarmers - Exclusive to Biological Ships
+100% Shield Damage, Reduced Health & Accuracy, No Shields | 16 Count
Swarmers fire biological quills at a high velocity to pierce through ships and strike craft alike. Their vast numbers allow them to easily overwhelm their targets.



New Carrier Ship Sections
New ship sections have been added to battleships to allow them to serve as dedicated carriers in the fleet, at the expense of having less armor and shielding.

Each AI empire will use a unique combination of Strike Craft (i.e Fighters + Bombers, Interceptors + Gunships, etc), adding another layer of strategy to fleet composition.

Heavy Carrier Core - 3 Mixed Hangar Slots, | 2 Large Utility Slots

Vanguard Carrier Core - 2 Fighter Hangar Slots, 1 Bomber Hangar Slot | 2 Large Utility Slots

Support Carrier Core - 1 Fighter Hangar Slot, 2 Bomber Hangar Slots | 2 Large Utility Slots
