It's Bill but this time he's not just hatless he's also in his getup from the Payday crossover, with some additional modifications, such as a L4D2 style holster, and his original proportions and hands

I was gonna include a the jacket and beret as bodygroup options that would be removed on the flinch activity ala Skimpy Zoey but I decided against it since the jacket didn't fit too nice over the payday body as is, and I'm short of time for tweaking it to the standard I'd be comfortable with, so maybe down the line we'll get the Skimpy Bill mod we're all after.
