Mechs can haul to charger

Carrier mechs transport any other mechs to the charging station. This modification allows mechs to do things that only pawns can do, it does not make any other changes

Can any carrier mechs carry other mechs?

Sorry for the late update. I'm yet to get through 1.6 and new DLC so I haven't tested this extensively yet, but it should be good to use as is.

Mod works fine in 1.6, no update needed.
