Tape Recorder

描述
Record what people say in chat to play back at a later date!

Adds a new device called Tape Recorder along with cassettes for recording what people say in chat. The recorded media is completely custom and is not accepted by other devices in the game like radios/cd players and tvs. Similarly the tape recorder is only capable of reading cassettes so cds and vhs are not accepted.

Both items should spawn throughout towns in places you would expect to find them.

Can you add a way to rename the completed tapes without them breaking? Once I rename them they are no longer accepted by the recorder, and I'd like them to be able to be renamed for world building purposes in my role play. Thanks!

Can you extend the tapes record time?

I'll see what i can do about the first two, as for the third it doesn't record VOIP, it records chat. VOIP is not exposed to modding.

So I have tested the mod
3 issues
- When you power on the tape recorder you can hear broadcast radio messages (like "97.2MHz - blablabla") in the chat box
- The slot where you should put the tape displays a battery icon
- I tried recording VOIP chat by right clicking on the tape recorder and clicking on "start recording"
I then was speaking in VOIP, stopped recording and put the cassette in the tape recorder slot.
Turned it on, pressed play but nothing plays
After around 5 seconds I see in the chatbox a radio message "0MHz - null"

@jackowacko no the cassettes from this mod are like cd and vhs but with their own unique id.

@Ben_OnAir not sure i understand the issue but i'll look into it when i have time.
