[ArcCW] Fvynchynch's Urban Coalition Extras Pack

Here I am again, creating another "mod" that probably (most definitely) goes against the design and vision of the original mod.

This time it's Urban Coaltion and Urban Renewal (it's still on a Github only state).

The "Attachments":

1.) Multi-Package Training: "Crams most Training Packages into one Perk. You perform better than before. Also usable on Non-UC weapons."
2.) Powershot: "Higher pressure ammunition allows for higher muzzle velocity at the cost of stronger knockback. Such immense pressure increases the likelihood of extraction failures."
3.) 40mm Insta-Bang Grenades: "Custom made 40-Mike-Mike that instantly hits whatever you're aiming at. Flies fast with low drag and creates a large and HIGHLY lethal explosion."
4.) Inferno Shot: "Specialized shotshells containing a large cluster of incendiary pellets. Burning at over 3,000 °F, the blast isn't immediately lethal, but can easily set objects and people ablaze. While impact damage per pellet is sacrificed, the following inferno will deal further damage."
5.) Strike-Shot Rounds: "Custom-tooled bullets designed to increase damage and penetration, at the cost of range and recoil control."
6.) Mansplitter Choke: "Horizontal oriented choke meant for shotguns. Designed to clear corridors of hostiles without the need to aim accurately. Makes it perform poorly at long ranges, however."
7.) TLR-2 HL Pistol Flashlight Mark 2: "A combined flashlight and laser module for pistols. The laser and flashlight can be toggled individually. This is the improved Mk.2 model."
8.) Versatile Internals: "Modify your gun to excel in multiple fields."
9.) Scatter-Cannon Shells: "Custom-loaded shotshells. Designed to increase lethality at extended ranges while increasing pellet count."
10.) M203 Underbarrel Grenade Launcher Mk.2: "Single-shot underbarrel grenade launcher designed to replace the Colt XM148. Able to fire several basic 40x46mm grenade types. This model is improved over the original model."
