描述
Not Sure if there are any Mods already done it. This mod adds some capes and Porcelain Doll with energy materials: Codex, Energy, Glass, Hologram and Psionic.

It also add 2 sets of Dual Skirmisher Cape. Viper King Cape and Viper Suit Cape.

Just finished a campaign with about 280 mods, this one included, and had no major issues! Thanks for putting this up, good to finally have some more capes.
