That's right, you can also charge your friends' HEV suits just as you would heal them with Handheld Medkit!

Instructions:
-For an effective and prolonged use of our Handheld HEV Charger Device™, please, handle with care.

-To charge your friend's HEV suit with 20 more armor points, come close to him and press LMB.
-To charge your own HEV suit with 20 more armor points press RMB.

Known issues: Gives a single error when trying to give armor to NPCs. Work in progress on that.
