Raised optics for AR-15

描述
Improved models of Holographic Sight and Red Dot Sight.
When attached to AR-15 (M16A4, M4A1, Mk 18), their line of sight raises from absolute to lower co-witness (sort of). So now standard front sight is much lower and doesn't obstruct sight picture anymore. Both sights use default reticles.

This has been taken from psymod [enhanced] by Psychomorph and uploaded with his permission.

Features kept from standard psymod
+ Still mod-friendly (unlike psymod [enhanced]);

+ proper parallax free effect for holo sights;
+ holo reticles have the same size no matter how far or close the optic is to the eye;
+ weapon viewmodels are less shifted to the right side (more realistic and easier to hipfire);
+ scopes are always below the horizontal line (improved awareness);
+ consistently further away positioned sights for all optics and pistols held away from the face.

Compatability
- The mod is not compatable with other custom theater mods;
- not compatable with custom Security Red Dot Sight and Holographic Sight models;
- not compatable with mods that change models for M16A4, M4A1 or Mk 18 completely.

- Custom Mk 18 rear sights dont work correctly (Mk 18 only);

+ compatable with custom reticles of any kind;
+ compatable with custom textures;
+ compatable with custom models for non-ar15 weapons (as long as they don't change .theater files);
+ compatable with custom models for Kobra, magnified optics and other attachments.

Known issues
- 8,7x Mk4 scope position is slightly off-center to the down in ADS mode when attached to M16. It's still functional and absolutely accurate though. Custom Mk4 scope will probably make this effect even worse.
- The same issue with Kobra sight on all ar-15 (possible to attach in co-op). On M16 and M4 you can still see the reticle and it's accurate due to parallax-free effect.

Replaced Mk18 with L85 from sandstorm,then m4 and m16 recticle get effected :( sadly they can't using both

It isnt consistent for me, i only have retextures and the railcovers for the m4 m16 and mk18. Ill try to do more mod reorganizing, but when it works it is an amazing mod.

@Goose , there are two causes possible:
- server you played on uses some incompatable mod;
- you use such mod.

Try singleplayer with bots. If your reticle is ok, it's first cause. So avoid servers with "NEW GUNS" or "ARMORY" in name.
Otherwise check your subscribes and make sure there's no theater mod or custom ar-15 3d models.

sadly i use mods so its not the best for me and it just messes up my aim but for vanilla setting this is amazing

by adding a riser, it fully eliminates the bug where the reticule for the holographic appears behind the front sight, so this doubles as a bug fix

Great mod! Been waiting for something like this. Also, there is no AR-15 in the game. They are all M16/M4 variants
