"LDK" - the Lithuanian abbreviation of "Grand Duchy of Lithuania" - is a map overhaul mod that completely refreshes the Baltic region.
The mod adds several new provinces and tags, and a completely revamped setup in Lithuania, Pomerania, Prussia, Livonia and Novgorod.

~ More than 40 new provinces and 40 new tags
~ Completely reworked setup in Lithuania, Livonian Order and Pomerania
~ New "Partial Principality" subject type for Muscovy and Lithuania's vassals
~ 8 new missions for Lithuania
~ New decisions to form Mazovia and Pomerania
~ Reworked terrain setup in the Baltic region
~ Lake Ilmen is now on the map
