Ok I figured it out. You loaded the required items as mods, not assets. So you have to enable both one-way 'assets' in mod menu in game and then it loads fine.

Not working for me. I get an error saying it failed to load.

It doesn't work. Needs Rail1L2W asset which is not to be found on workshop. Could you please upload it?
