Simple. Context Menu (c) >> TF2 Taunts

If you can't figure this out: Context Menu (c) >> TF2 Taunts >> Partner Taunt >> <class>

This is literally the first option in the menu!
Context Menu (c) >> TF2 Taunts >> Stop any Press&Hold taunt

Make sure you have TF2 mounted in Garry's Mod.

First of all, make sure AI is NOT disabled. Although it may look like you are doing the taunts, they are actually played by special taunt actors, which are basically NPCs. If AI is enabled and the issue remains, try increasing tftaunts_taunt_offset to something like 0.3 or more. If that doesn't help, try removing some addons.

Serverside
tftaunts_rps_kill: default: 1 - Should the Rock, Paper, Scissors taunt kill the loser?
tftaunts_taunt_offset: default: 0.25 - The time before a taunt starts after choosing it. Increase this if a character is standing still when you play a taunt.

Clientside:
tftaunts_tp_distance: default: 128 - The distance of the taunt thirdperson camera.
