Faster Casting Mages [DE]

This mod reduces the cooldowns of attack and control spells in the Aerotheurge, Geomancer, Hydrosophist and Pyrokinetic category.

Note: This mod does not affect NPC's spells nor source spells. The latter is due to compability reasons with mods that alter them.
