Hello there, hope you like my new asset! It's an Modern Highschool for your suburbs, based on the public schools found in brazilian cities! :)

--MODEL STATS--

- Building with 1292 tris and 1024x1024 maps.

--GAME STATS--

- 8x6 tiles Highschool, same stats as vanilla highschool
- Looks better on flat terrain!
- I made the artistic decision of not using much props in this building, so that the player himself chooses how he wants the building to look around the lot.

Great work, mate.
As a carioca, I'm not used to this architecture and miss the classics "brisolãos" in the workshop, but this one is also very nice, especially considering the wide range of styles our country bears. Congrats!
