Don't start here! Play the original version first!

Since you, Marquis Andrews, saved Aperture's test chambers from being tested by test subjects from Dark Cave's universe, several test chambers became much harder, such as one of Charles's favorite test chambers.

Difficulty: Hard
Hazards: Goo

Twists: There are a lot of fizzlers, the emergency return hallway in the second area has been sealed off, the lift in the first room was replaced by an aerial faith plate, and there is goo in the first room.

Speaking of a glitch in the original version in the first part where you can get trapped down there and have to restart if you do, it is surprisingly possible to get back up there.
