this is the last place i would expect to find people being toxic, cool mod and good item despite what people seem to think

The only and really th only way I could think of to make this item better, would be to make the dmg scale with the amount of soul hearts tou have. 30% dmg with one soul heart and +5% extra dmg for each soul heart have at the moment. That's would go up to a total of 75% extra dmg. But that is something I can't do. The only one, who could fix this is yatboim.

how many hours have you played isaac? 66? not suprising, your comments match the sorts of mistakes i made when i was relatively new to the game. but now, 500+ hours later, i've become, maybe not wiser, but a good deal savvier.

kid here is you with that silly talk about red hearts dont matter if you really really play this game you know it matters but you dont so back to your classic isaac :) and i back to my conversation about not good this item is..

kid, once you've played this game as long as i have, you'll realize that red hearts don't really matter as much is they seem to.

back in isaac classic they were more important, but here they're mainly just good for trade at the devil deal, and soul hearts will do in a pinch.

not to mention all the items that work even better if you don't have any, like empty vessel or abaddon.

@Spore64 yes it is bad dummy how could you give up all red hearts just for 50% damage? in ''same type''' enemies pfft
