The best game in the naruto ultimate ninja storm series. More characters than in any previous games, an amazing story, great contols and a new to full burst challenge mission mode. Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst is a worthwhile buy (and a mouthfull to say) the main reasons I gave this game an 8 instead of a 10 is because of a slightly unbalanced rooster of characters. This game is a good buy mainly for its story . The boss battles are incredibly fun and characters all have very unique playstyles. What really sets storm 3 full burst apart from other games is its amazing graphics and sound quality. Without a doubt a must have for fans and a good choice for other fighting game lovers

Pros &Cons:
Pros:
- Original character design and background;
- The setting of the story;
- The concept with ninjas and chakra is interesting;
- Cool villains
-Some pretty cool fights, cool side characters

Cons:
- Fights are jobbed, especially hyped ones;
- Fillers;
- Characters who are now in the manga for the lulz.
- No side character development. Naruto has to solve everything on his own, rendering the rest of the cast pointless.

Graphics:8/10
Fighting System:9/10
Story Mode:9/10
Online Mode:8/10
Cutscenes:8/10

Better than Revolution, believe me. A lot of usable characters with a simplified battle system.

The visual novel plays out like a typical shounen action manga, and how the game ends with a cliffhanger, I rather enjoyed Ne no Kami. All the other features made up for these shortcomings and made for a pleasant experience. I just highly advise players to put this game on hold until part 2.

As far as the story goes the front half are relatively slow pacing with not much happening at all it takes its time to set the stage but the pacing felt a little to slow because I did get a little bored while reading the front half. But once you made it though the halfway mark and go into the back half of the story it becomes one hell of a roller coaster ride. Which made the read through really exciting and engaging all at once with the combination of visual effects and more. There is a huge amount of typos. I honesly do not know how it got through the QA team

The art, however, is pretty. Len certainly does make a lot of expressions, Uzume’s passion for Len is very vivid, Shinome has an excellent smug face, and Ruka’s “ice queen” expression during Shinome’s story is really cold. The girls all look beautiful.

Though it ends with a cliffhanger and is showed that Ne no Kami – The Two Princess Knights of Kyoto Part 2 will be coming winter 2016.Though do not be held back by the cliffhanger because these type off cliffhangers are good as it does not leave a bad instead it left me with the excitement of wanting to know more of the story with the well timed character role twist at the ending.

My Verdict : I would recommend Ne no Kami – The Two Princess Knights of Kyoto to people who love yuri and romance and of course action. It is relatively short and enjoyable game. 3/5

Ame no Marginal is a good game. It’s a solid experience with an interesting story, moving you in a way that only a stage-mana story can with it’s somber yet calm atmosphere, but it’s a bit too short and underdeveloped to call it amazing. I had a great time with this and would recommend it to everyone, but you should keep in mind that it’s not omgamazingness that Narcissu was.

Pros
+Solid Story
+Amazing Experience
+Narcissu Included

Cons
-Lack Of Depth
-Too Short For The Price

As someone who absolutely loves games in all their forms, it's hard to be so harsh on Koihime Enbu. It offers up a combination of buxom young women and ancient Chinese literature that I'm certain would have never been made in the west. However, content is light and as such, the characters don't shine as much as they could without prior knowledge of their personality and mannerisms. Koihime Enbu is a fun purchase if you're a big time fighting game fanatic, but it's hard to recommend it to the average consumer.

Featuring 13 fighters and 7 assist characters, I quickly got a strong vibe of Nitro + Blasterz as soon as I booted the game up. The visual flare is also strikingly similar. In a world where new fighting games are dropping left and right, it takes something to truly stand out in the genre. Koihime seems to want their bullet point to be simplicity. The game features a four-button setup, with three attacks: light, medium, and heavy, and one dedicated throw button.

There is no tutorial, something most fighting games these days seem to be lacking, but once I started digging I found out why. Every character in the game has exactly the same moveset. Every special move is pulled off with the same combination of moves, and even the finishing attacks are all the same layout. It is designed so that players can jump back and forth between characters without worrying about memorizing a long string of inputs. It’s brilliant, but sadly never advertised, and being only on PC in the states doesn’t help either.

Cons of this game
The game features three playable modes: Arcade Mode, Versus Mode, and Training Mode. This brings up another portion of the game that I found frustrating, though. Some of the modes that are supposed to be multiplayer did not allow my friend and I to play together locally. I was trying to play on my Xbox controller while she played on the keyboard, but there was something strange happening that did not allow for us to play that way. Perhaps for certain modes you can only play with two controllers or both on keyboard, but either way this seemed strange to me and the game provided no indication either way. We were only able to play on versus mode in the end.

One other thing that Koihime shakes up is that pretty much all characters have the exact same super move and desperation inputs, and many of the specials also adhere to these same principles. They won’t result in the same attacks, of course, but the command inputs are standard across the board, so it’s less likely for players dabbling with multiple characters to suddenly forget how to pull off super moves at inopportune moments. Even so, the characters all feel reasonably unique—a similar control scheme doesn’t lead to everyone feeling the same.

Conclusion
Koihime Enbu’s a decent little brawler, though it doesn’t do enough to stand out from the crowd apart from its all-female cast. As such, it comes moderately recommended for fighting game enthusiasts who want to jump into something new, but it’s a much harder sell to a more casual demographic.

Pros:
-Unique Art Style
-Unique premise

Cons:
-Rough art style and animations give the impression of an amateur passion project
-Lacking in content
- Asking price is rather hefty for what is offered

My Verdict 2.5/5
The whole situation has me at war with myself; I want to love it because the world it creates seems so fun, but the end results of the negatives adding up make it feel like an amateur overcharging for their passion project.

I have to say that i am very impressed with this game, without spoiling much I think any FPS fan of games like HL, FEAR, or even the newer Deus Ex's will find a lot to like in this game. The perks are really reminiscent of the of the latter but the sound, one of my favorite aspects of this game, really reminds me of the former. For what its worth, the variations in the perk system alone are enough to have me thinking that the Deus Ex Mankind divided team could have learned something from these guys. I was never a huge fan of Dishonored 2's art style but am happy to say that the Cry engine really pulls though here and give off an entirely different feel. That being said, this is not recognizable sequel to the previous Prey installations. The first two hours throw some very heavy, mind bending/reality checking things at you that may require another run to fully appreciate. Much like the first Prey, the emphasis is on forcing you to feel from the perspective of the character straight from the opening cinematic, which will give you varying feeling of daja vu depending on how far into the first hour your are. While the intro had me worried we were going down a very familiar path, the immediate left and right turns you make after fully erased any of those feelings. There are little chunks of great FPS games from the half-life-like sound of the test area malfunctioning, to the FEAR like weightiness of the preorder shotgun you get in your office; it all feels very well put together and best of all well balanced.

This game has nothing in common with the 2006 Prey game, but it is still pretty enjoyable. It has great graphics, nice blend of horror and action, and some good RPG elements. The game is a joy to play. It's very impressive that it managed to grab me this much under only one hour and since then nothing has changed, the game just keeps me amazed constantly.

+Graphics Options+
Unlike many big-budget games on PC, Prey has a rather slim collection of graphic settings. The seven options cover the core areas - shadows, textures, anti-aliasing, and anisotropic filtering - as well as more advanced tech like screen space directional occlusion and screen space reflections.

+In Game Enemy+
Speaking of the enemys, prepare to start doubting every damn item your looking to pick up. The name Mimic goes very far here. I wont go too far into this short review but long story short, using the GLOO gun and THEN the wrench makes it a much more effective combo since your effectively dealing with black GACK.

Is this Game FPS beginer friendly(my thought)
I find myself walking around hitting chairs and trashcans cause i never know when i will ♥♥♥♥♥♥ on by an alien who is cloacking. Ammo is really hard to find and without ammo a wrench aint much use against the phantoms. I like the whole consept of the game, it looks and runs well, but i find it to be very little noob friendly, But since this is a challenging game, i still enjoy it for the story.

-PROS-
+Weapon Design(you have completely unique weapons such as the gloo gun, and your run of the mill shotgun)
+Enemies(the mimics are great and add alot of paranoia to the game, AND HEY MIMIC IN THIS GAME IS SIMILAR TO HL2 Head Crab)

+Area Design(More Like Alien Isolation With Bioshock 1 having a baby that makes it so unique and special.)

+The Skill tree/Leveling up.(not like a generic skill tree where you get minor buffs and you feel a little bit stronger, but it feels more like Deus ex where you will never be able to do certain things and get to specific areas or get/craft certain items if you don't upgrade a certain skill)

+Strong Story

+Runs very well

-CONS-
-Bad Texture(your main characters and NPC looks weird even though it's not that huge of a problem)

-Pop In when loading Texture ( when you're walking into a room and see a plant pop in or disappear when you get far enough also when you're walking to a door with wording on it and it takes 10-20 seconds to fully load in the texture.

- horrible checkpoint system(getting a key item will some times save the game when in my opinion, it should always save after you get a key item, you need to quick save often in this game.)

-long loading sceens (takes about 15-25 seconds to load)

-A copy of HL from the start(do not treat this serious, it is my own joke)

My Conclusion
Prey is the best performing triple-A game I’ve played for many months. It’s incredibly rare to be able to boot up a game at maximum settings and get consistent reports of 100+ fps when using mid-tier hardware. This seriously is one of the FPS games I have played in many years, reminds me of Half Life and System Shock and original Deus Ex .
(Half Life+Systemshock and you have this baby PREY)

Verdict 8.5/10 Is it WORTH the money, YES

As the format of the 3rd was becoming clear to me during the first few hours of gameplay, I wasn't sure how well my interest would hold up. The strength of the series has always been within the boundaries of storytelling, characterization, and world-building. I wasn't sure how well that would translate to sectioned off zones through enumerable doors divorced from the rest of the game. While the combat and primary gameplay mechanics in the trilogy have been functional, I wasn't sure they could carry the game on their own.

Getting right to the meat of the game,The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky the 3rd( 英雄伝説 空の軌跡) is a remaster of the original PSP and Windows game. Of the things remastered, the primary thing is texture resolution, and lighting.

The textures look amazing, along with the new lighting style. This is something I think everyone can get behind, but I'm sure it will put some people off. Colors are more distinct and crisp. Playing the steam ver and PSP version side-by-side, one of the biggest differences is the lighting. Almost all of the textures are upgraded, but the lighting will really catch your eye. The game is a lot brighter than the original. I don't know if this is because of the PSP screen or not, but I tend to think it's a much better looking game because of it.

When a lot of the primary progression of the game involves trekking through dungeons that are, for the most part, fairly straightforward, having a high level of input over your team composition and strategy is fairly engaging. I often found myself swapping characters in and out of party not out of obligation, but out of interest.

Even on the normal difficulty mode, some of the battles presented in the main game involved a level of strategy that I didn't really encounter in the earlier entries; it often didn't stretch beyond utilizing elemental weaknesses and abusing S-crafts. While the 3rd could be similarly trivialized on a lower difficulty level or through copious level-grinding, I feel that it did not succumb to this weakness to the same extent.

Battles play out very similar to what players would have seen in FC and SC, except now you get to create your own dream party and use some of their awesome Crafts: if you enjoyed the battle system in the previous two games, then you’ll enjoy this one. Even though it’s just more of the same, playing the game with new characters gives a pretty fresh feeling and I never felt bored.

-The Pros-
+Additional depth/detail to every main character in the Sky Trilogy.
+Additional depth/detail to the world of West Zemuria.
+A lot of foreshadowing to future installments (Zero, Azure, Cold Steel)

+The Cons+
-Not Voice or Dub
(the difference between this and the PS VITA remaster versions, is that this one is now fully voiced on major scenarios, new visual arts, musics were fully arranged, and changes on the game balance)
-Game still have Glitch and some bugs
-Did Not Auto detect controller while starting the game(have to turn on from game settings)

Neutral
=Not The PS Vita Remaster Version

PS VITA VERSION (THE THING I WANT IT BADLY ON STEAM VERSION)
They've added more combat turn bonuses. Zero Arts and Zero Crafts allows you to use a craft or art at a cost of 0 EP or CP respectively. They also added a Rush bonus that makes your first attack give a delay of 0, which means you can get a free turn right after.

Another addition to combat they've added is the ability to hit enemies before engaging them. Like a lot of games where you have to actually run into enemies to start a random battle, you can now press O to attack them. Hitting from the front immobilizes them, and hitting them from the back stuns them, granting bonus XP at the end of the fight.

Something more hardcore players might dislike is the changes to combat, which I think will make the game overall a lot easier. I'm not far into it, but leveling will be faster cause of the 2x XP Bonus from stunned back attacks (which you can choose not to use), fights will be easier due to Zero Arts and Zero Crafts (free arts and free crafts are crazy), and Rush giving you free basic attacks.

-Conclusion-
If you haven't played the original, Trails in the Sky is a sub-series in the Legend of Heroes series, featuring its own unique world and characters. It is a classic JRPG with a large focus on story and characters and turn-based combat. The combat is more of a mix of classic JRPG random encounters with some isometric strategy game elements.

The combat is enjoyable, it allows for decent customization for all of your characters, and it offers some pretty decent challenge. Characters have their own special abilities, and they have a orbments which allow you to equip various amounts of special orbs that give special abilities based on the elements of those orbs. Lots of mix and match opportunities.

My Verdict 4/5
If you liked the first Legend Of Heroes game then this evolution is a must have addition to your collection. sadly we are not getting PS VITA remaster version which is partially voice and improve in game battle animation.

NOTE:MY 3RD TIME BUYING THIS GAME, I HAVE THE PSP VERSION, PS VITA REMASTER VERSION ( R4 asia version) and now this PC STEAM
xxxx Do Not Compare This To Vita Version xxxx

The Musou gameplay can be loads of fun, but when shoehorned into an RPG format felt tired and boring, not as strategic as an actual RPG, not as much chaotic fun to be had as in actual Musou games. Omega Force and Square Enix could’ve easily just whacked out a second game with few, if any, refinements and for the most part, people would’ve been content. But instead, Dragon Quest Heroes II is actually a big improvement on the first and will give disillusioned players a reason to give this one a try.

Pros
+Improved over its predecessor
+Great visuals and loads of on screen NPCs
+Classic Dragon Quest aesthetic
+A great range of characters and skills to use in combat
+Substitution monster coins

Cons
-Combat can become tiresome
-Loses pace at times, becoming a chore
-Lock-on system is poor

Neutral
=No 4K support
=WQHD resolution is too buggy at times (did not scale well)
=Zoom Stone(Teleportation stone Bug) Although i do not mind but most does
--Gameplay--
When you think of combat in a Warriors style game, you no doubt picture a single badass hero cutting through tens of soldiers at a time, only stopping for a glance at the occasional named NPC before continuing his conquest. In Dragon Quest Heroes, instead of a single warrior you're allowed 4 that can be swapped between at a moments notice, and instead of wading through 15-20 soldiers at a time, you're often only swinging at 5 or 6 at once, at least until the particularly hectic battles towards the end.

This is because, rather than having your screen filled with mindless drones that die in a single hit, the minor enemies of DQH2 have a bit more bite for their bark. You're not likely to have a tough time with the simple monsters that get in your way, but they'll chip away when they can and some can take a bit of cutting to get through. This increase in strength carries over to the higher rank enemies as well, those who are given names and health bars.

What this means is that, when battles get rough, your screen will start to fill with these generals and meatier drones, and together they can give you a pounding if you're not careful. It makes having a healer in your group a requirement. One unfortunate side effect of all this is that, on occasion, you can watch as one or more of your three companions gets wrecked because the AI wasn't smart enough to get out of the way, forcing you to waste precious heals or even one of your very limited revives on them. It also means that the difficulty can feel like it jumps up and down as the game progresses.

--Combat--
Combat is where Dragon Quest Heroes 2 feels pretty much like business as usual. It still plays like a brighter coloured and lighter-hearted Dynasty Warriors game with frequent tower defence elements. And the camera can still be a pain in the backside at times, especially when you’ve locked onto an opponent. Despite its repetitive nature, it remains enjoyable for those who like a bit of hacking and slashing though – its ample supply of special attacks and the ability to switch between your four active party members on the fly allowing you to mix things up. There are also two changes of note that grant you yet even more combat options.

1)Monster coin system has been expanded slightly, with there now being three types of coins: saviour, sentry and substitution. Saviour coins are essentially one use and done special attacks, while sentry coins allow you to summon monsters to fight alongside you. If you ever played the original Dragon Quest Heroes and thought “I’d love to play as a huge stone golem!” though, the substitution monster coins will be your wet dream, placing you in control of a monster for a short period of time.

2)In addition is the facility to change the class of the two main characters, allowing them to be proficient with a wide range of equipment and utilise alternative skills.

--Original Dragon Qyest Similarities--
If you've played the first DQH, then the core gameplay in DQH 2 will feel very familiar. It's effectively a Dynasty Warriors game with a few minor twists. Instead of the franchise's traditional Musou moves, you have magical spells that cost MP to use. You can use the spells as long as you have MP, so you have more crowd-clearing power than a normal Dynasty Warriors protagonist. You have a party of four and can swap between them at will, and there's even a new Tag attack mechanic that rewards you for attacking without stopping. This also means that characters build up Tension, which can be spent to enter a temporary super mode where you can perform special attacks.

--Changes That Have Been Made--
The biggest twist to the gameplay mechanics is that they've largely changed how the levels are laid out. In the prior game, you were playing a fancy game of tower defense. You had objects to guard and had to position monsters to slow down enemies while your squad of heroes rushed forward to smash enemy objectives. In DQH 2, the defense missions are far less focused. You'll get a wide mix of quests ranging from escorting NPCs to defeating bosses and teleport mazes. The bulk of them involve smashing enemies to pieces, but they tend to be designed more like dungeons or traditional stages rather than defense missions. If your biggest complaint about DQH was the tower defense setup, then DQH 2 fixes that in spades.

My Conclusion And Verdict
Someone who enjoyed the focused tower defense gameplay of Dragon Quest Heroes would be less pleased with this iteration. Taken on its own merits, it's a fun enough game, and its flaws are relatively minor.Fans of Dragon Quest should enjoy DQH 2 regardless, and newcomers should find it just as good of a starting point as the previous title. Be prepared to be overwhelmed by the puns. 7.5/10 (if only the game have less bug from the begining)

Central Fiction is a satisfying conclusion to one of the best fighting game franchises of all time. Awesome stylistic gameplay, some of the best newcomers in the series to date, an absolutely fantastic soundtrack, great visuals and an engaging story, there is no reason for anyone to not pick up Central Fiction.

Pros:
+ New gameplay mechanics
+ New game modes.
+ 40 hour long story.
+ Expanded arcade mode.
+ Great new art.
+ Improved story mode presentation.

+/- Complex story, recommend playing through previous games.

Cons:
-Network mode hasn't changed much.
-Abyss/Score Attack haven't changed much.
-No english dub
-Certain roster balancing issues

--Graphics--
The visuals have improved since CPEX. New stages look excellent. Old stages have been touched up. New portrait art for the entire Blazblue cast largely improved over the last instalments.

--Gameplay--
The gameplay is fast, stylistic and awesome to play. There are a lot of mechanics to this game with a few changes from the previous titles, but the very detailed and well done tutorial mode will help you through those changes and new additions.

--Sound--
The sound is well made and has good production value. Every impact, jump, footstep etc. offers good aural feedback and makes the gameplay feel more weighty. Daisuke Ishiwatari returns introducing new blood-pumping metal tracks that the series is known for.

Network Mode has not changed at all. Lobby still as empty as ever.

--Characters--
Some balancing issues are present within the character roster. A certain new character is somewhat broken and wipes the floor with the rest of roster.

--Game Mode--
There Are 35 characters to choose from, each of them have 3 separate story acts to delve into. Each character has their own story leading up to the main Story Mode. This mode alone will offer around 20 hours of play time. Abyss Mode and Score Attack modes return without any significant changes. Speed Star Mode is a new mode where you must defeat as many opponents as you can on a set time limit. Certain actions such as executing Exceed Accels will allow you to extend the time.

--The Bad--
No English Dubbing for all characters

Conclusion and verdict
Central Fiction set out to be the be all and end all BlazBlue package, and it pulls it off marvelously. With the largest cast of characters to date, and a number of extra modes, the amount of gameplay variety is staggering. While the story ends the struggle of protagonist Ragna The Bloodedge nicely, it’s disappointing to see so many other great characters barely given anything to do. Add that to the major mistep of having no English voicework, and there are a few areas where Central Fiction falters. Regardless, Central Fiction has the most gameplay content and the best gameplay of any title in the series. Longtime fans will be satisfied, and newcomers have more reason to jump in now than ever before.

9/10 if only the english dubbing still exist.

NOTE: this is the 2nd time i'm buying this game and i have already own and play the ps4 version. So mark this review as buying guideline.you will be the judge.

PROS
+Great sniping
+Looks nice On gameplay
+Patience is a virtue

Cons
-Can be boring
-Not a lot to do (aside from hunting war criminals)
-Open world is okay at best
-Constant technical issues (slow loading and bugs)
-Low Quality Cutscene

One of worst games I ever played this month. Game came with ton of bugs and glitches, bad storytelling and characters during story missions, awful long loading in between main menu and gameplay, frame rate drops terrible, A.I. enemies patrol is awful because some enemies walk through each other during patrolling and lots more about how bad game were just like how bad were whole Sniper Ghost Warrior series. Only good thing about game has is sniping gameplay is good rest of everything else were bad which is why I gave it 1 out of 10. Other things I have found.. floating in the air, enemy AI being alerted for no reason, and some noticeable lighting issues. This has the potential to be a great game, the sniping is superb as are most of the game mechanics within. This is far from a finished product.

CI Games need to drop this Franchise in future and bringing better AAA games. They failed once again with this Franchise, Also SWG 3 is bit of Far Cry rip-off but way way worse than any games this month.

My Verdict + Conclusion
A buggy mess of a game. You are much better off playing Sniper Elite 4, it's still not a 10/10 but it's at least a functioning game. This is barely ready for Steam Early Access. , It has been rushed out is not finished, end of story. Wait and see if it is fixed on PC, or wait for a 70% price reduction.

1/5
Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 is a promising and somewhat ambitious concept that’s plagued with some monstrous game-breaking technical issues, inconsistent AI and some downright curious design choices. Some of it can doubtless be patched but as it stands, this is far from a finished product.

I truly loved the first one and its DLC, but this sequel simply does not hold a candle to the first game.
While the premise definitely paved the way for a truly terrifying horror experience with quite an astonishing plot and impressive overall interactions, the result is simply not alike (at least in terms of gameplay). While the mistakes of the first game could easily be forgiven as it was their first installment, it is quite clear that finding these very faux pas again within the second installment's core is getting aggravating. It scares the world out of you through chases but there are still a lot of abstruse choices that make the game far less impressive than the first.

The scenario is good especially when it comes to setting and staging as it has a very strong basis. It quite succeeds in throwing you in the midst of some of the most mother-godd**mn-fuc*in' twisted moments ever depicted in a horror game. Some scenes are an absolute wonder of insanity and often manage to make you feel morally uncomfortable for getting off upon watching. The thing is, that despite this very strong basis, there are way to many huge incoherences because of the lack of intel given to the player (which I may not expound here to avoid any kind of spoilers). this gets really confusing at sometimes. Another thing : it's high time they got rid of useless jumpscares... That is not horror, it's low cost. It doesn't ruin the thrill of being chased/hunted down (which is the scariest part) but still, substandard jumpscares should not be allowed in such a strongly-based game.

Throughout the entire game, I felt uneasy, stressed, and unable to relax at any point. It didn’t matter if I was wandering around one of the abandoned houses, exploring (with trepidation) the eerily quiet woods, or running away from one of the savages in the underground mines or caves; you never knew what was coming. Saving is generous, but there are times when the game saves at the exact time one of the many chases begins, and you’re left to replay it a handful of times before you manage to escape. This ended with me having to step away from the game a few times, heading to the kitchen to make myself a coffee and finding sanctuary on social media for a couple of minutes.

I won’t say I enjoyed Outlast 2, but it’s an astonishing game, and those that love survival horror will be in their element.
There is a thing that i find it awkward in this sequel is that you still cannot defend yourself even during situations that would have anyone go berserk in a desperate attempt to save their life. You can puh down a godd*mn tree but cannot even throw even a single punch... Neither can you dodge attacks nor use your environment to slow down/hit your pursuers whereas the level design has quite a number of things that could allow such features. I'm not speaking about killing enemies or feeling powerful at all, I'm just tackling this willingly pared down gameplay which proves to be more frustrating than really frightening. Seriously, someone's attacking you but you can't even retaliate using your fists or a chair when inside a house to survive? If not a permanent ingame feature, the least they could do was to include defense animations as part of scripted events, where you slap an enemy's face so as to gain time to go and hide for instance which would have otherwise been impossible if the enemy had not been stunned beforehand for a little while. Imagine the chase possibilities it could have brought... What bores the satanist out of me is that they had the means to do it yet they chose not to. There's no variety of any kind as you spend your playthrough doing the same thing over and over (run, hide and change batteries and so forth...) Some people will clearly say "no you're dumb, you're not supposed to defend yourself in Outlast blablablahhh" and I'll tell those that when a second installment is being set up, it is logically expected to bring on further improvements which here is clearly not the case.

Conclusion:
It’s confusing, boring and repetitive. A 6 hours gameplay of running, hiding, healing yourself with bandages and "reloading" the camera with batteries. Add an hour for reading notes if you care. On top of that, it ends itself with a more confusing and a stupid ending too. Perfect. Besides, for me personally, I wanted to see the developers bring more into Outlast than just a new, un-inspiring, confusing and bland story. The game still does not have combat, no way to dodge or block attacks. You have to run and hide. Most of the time you die or get hit randomly. No weapons of any sort either. The game contains a good setting and an atmosphere for a horror game, but it lacks variety in that aspect as well. Disappointed to say the least. If you are looking for a better Outlast, you’ve got the first one and its DLC.

My Verdic: 6/10
There was so much initial promise, with a great premise and some truly stunning visuals, but the onslaught of everything we’ve seen a hundred times before in horror games with much smaller budgets than this left me feeling bored, frustrated, and even vaguely insulted. Truly a sequel in name alone. (passable for the price)

Pros
+ Interesting AI
+ Interesting story
+ Great design and soundtrack

Cons
- After first game and it's DLC you still cannot fightback in this sequel.
- Some of the detail goes too far
- Highly repetitive gameplay (mainly hide and seek)
- Trial and error and frustratingly unpredictable deaths
- Batteries Collecting Is Still A Chore

Neutral
=Game is too short, you can finish the game around 4-6 hours max
