“这是一个关于日本留给台湾的故事。这也是关于福摩萨的土地的故事。这也是一个关于台湾居民和来自中国的人的关系的故事。“

“这个故事将发展到1947年,那里是玩家将面临台湾历史上最具创意的历史事件之一

畫質不錯但故事對我來說有點沉悶的感覺。還好不貴

Pros
+High Quality Port
+3 great Story if you get this Zero Escape Trilogy
+Adventure and Novel Mode option available
+Variety Of Choices that add depth to the story progression
+Great voice acting for 999
+3 great mysteries with plenty of clever twists(zero escape trilogy)
+Story is just as mind-blowing and well-written
+Decent 3D sprites and intricate levels
+Great puzzles
+Great plot twists, puzzling story, interesting characters

Cons
-Voice acting in 999 is hit-or-miss.
-animations don’t hold up that well on 999 side of story
-odd sounding voices
- choices have no effect and random puzzle difficulty
-Dated Graphic(might not meet everyone expectation,
-small touch up on 999 which is a port from nintendo DS

Conclusion
Zero Escape Trilogy is a really solid compilation that do offer great visual novel experience on PC . although the animation look a bit dated in 999, and upping the resolution on PC certainly didn’t reduce the roughness of their looks on the Background.999 is an an old game, however, so that’s probably to be expected. Sprite and Artwork are all gorgeous and crisp although the only downside that i can find on pc version is it is not even a FULL HD remake on the background and some part of animation.
I was a huge fan of the Nintendo DS title 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors, so I naturally picked this Zero Escape Trilogy(pc) when I was able to(for collection purpose). Virtue's Last Reward delivers more of the same escape the room-based gameplay that was so awesome in the previous installment, and definitely delivers on that part. However, I couldn't help but feel that the plot that was tied into these puzzles was weaker this time around. Perhaps it was the author's desire to create a trilogy out of the series that led to Virtue's Last Reward being a less impactful installment.
While Virtue's Last Reward is an interesting, mind bending game that will keep you guessing until the very end, it suffers from issues with the setting and writing that make most of the game very slow paced.
the series still boasts one of the most engaging and well-written stories in visual novel genre and for and newcomers who didn’t get a chance to play them on the 3DS or Vita would be remiss to pass it up now.

Verdict: 4.5/5
[ 999 and Virtue’s Last Reward aren’t the most graphically impressive games around, but the series still boasts one of the most engaging and well-written stories. The Nonary Games does provide dual audio tracks though, so you could always swap to Japanese voices if you’d like. The Flowchart could potentially spoil the experience by revealing the game’s flow and how many possible outcomes you can get from a decision, especially for newcomers.

The Only problem i can found in this game is the choices mainly becomes an issue when you keep switching branches and are forced to play through nearly the same things over and over again.

The soundtrack was composed of Shinji Hosoe and consists of ambient electronic music. It does a good job of setting a tense scene, though there are no standout or truly memorable tracks.]

(note:I have already play both game on new 3DS/DS so this review is just for reference purpose)

PROS
+Fast-paced action and gameplay.
+Greatly improved story and writing.
+New weapons, characters, and Oni.
+ Great monster hunting experience
+ Supportive story
+ Co-op Play Available from the start.
+Good amount of customization options
+Plenty of battle options
+Open world exploration features some interesting mechanic
+SOLID PORT and Ingame Option customization
+Have so many to do things(QUEST)
+Cheapest Price(RM94.50)Malaysian Ringgit Convert to US around $20(USD) 1UDS=RM4.45
(opposite that i buy from Console which Cost $60=RM267.00+6%GST)

Cons
-No English dub
-CPU Party are too Overpower
-Open world is only available in single-player
-Combat still fells dull.
-Graphics fail to impress Even On High End PC
-Repetitive mission structure.
-Lobbies could do with a few tweaks.
-Low difficulty, even against powerful Oni.(Not as Challenging as MH game)
-K/M still have some problem(i play this on steam controller)

Conclusion
Toukiden 2 is a Fun Game.Still, if you’re a combat junkie or MH veteran, you’ll enjoy the game, and between the many weapon types, new Demon Hand capability, and return of Mitama spells and buffs, you’re unlikely to get bored even if the level of complexity doesn’t exactly match up with what you seek. The Game itself packed with so much content that you can enjoy by yourself or with four other friends. The Crafting System is easy to understand and simple enough for anyone to get into and taking down a giant Oni can be incredibly satisfying.Open world doesn't feel bad, although it isn't something you will remember for long. There's still a lack of dynamism in combat, that are almost identical to the earlier entries in the franchise, While it may not go far enough to vastly improve on its previous entry, this series continues to offer plenty of appeal for someone like me who could not get into Monster Hunter due to how it skimps on the story. Toukiden 2 is a great option for those looking to get into this type of genre. It doesn't even feel as much of a chore this time to take down an Oni. And really, considering Monster Hunter Is only available for Nintendo Platform. It's certainly worth a look for that alone.

Monster Hunter Genre Game That Are Quite Similar On Pc
-GOD EATER RAGE BURST+RESSURECTION
-TOUKIDEN KIWAMI(although still have problem on pc)

Verdict:3/5 Fun game but combat and crafting system still need some work. Same goes with the powerful CPU party member that need some tweeking otherwise i felt like i am playing a dumb down version of Monster Hunter genre game.
it is certainly a great port but if you seek hardcore felling, you certainly won't find it here on PC.

NOTE:My 2nd time buying this game since i have already play the japanese versionon ps4 last year.Same Game, Same Graphics good thing for PC version is Free DLC and that is all about it :)

・日本の高校素晴らしいね!
Pros
+See the characters come to life through the power of the e-mote system!
+In-game text available in both English and Japanese
+An in-game accessible tips glossary with Japanese cultural and otaku terminology
+Nekomimi Mode

Cons
- retarded protagonist
-Game progress a lil too fast like one momment it is Halloween party and the next a cultural festival.
-extremely rushed and all over the place.
-Title is a lil misleading, should have been Japanese Culture and subculture.
-Nothing to fancy here the just typical moe art and for the soundtrack it is extremely forgettable.
-Short Game which can be finish in 6 hours

Overall I did not enjoy the story at all, it feels extremely rushed and all over the place. At times It felt like the writing itself does not know what direction it is heading, is it Japanese school life? or some foreigner that is a fan of anime life or cultural aspect of Japan. One moment it will be talking about anime and then the next it will be talking about the culture of Japan.I would not recommend this game at all, it honestly felt like a waste of time and did not cover much aspect of Japanese school life instead it feels like a Wikipedia that has been glossed over with a story.

Styx Shards of Darkness More of a Half Step than a Sequel Shards of Darkness is the Sequel to Master of Shadows. But with its own self contained story, so you don’t need to play any of the past games to be able to hop right in…
This is more of Master of Shadows, but at the same time almost completely different.Theres are 9 missions total here.. but these missions are half the length of the first game.Taking me anywhere from an hr to an hr and a half to complete… the game took me about 12 hours to complete. But its much less about mastering the shadows here…
All of the basic assassinations you had to unlock in the past game are unlocked from the start with a new set of skills to master… And while Shards of Darkness Improves in many areas Master of Shadows struggle, It also fails in areas Master of Shadows had down perfect… Much like the last game, Shards of Darkness puts you in an open level with a dagger and some potions, and its up to you to make to the different task locations and then make it back to your hide out.
Things are much more casual and straight forward this time, You still have your sand to throw at torches, but they never felt useful here… You now also have to gather materials to craft items and potions instead of refill at base..
Sounds like a good idea. but materials are way to rare here.. really testing your stealth skills.. Im horrible at stealth, so I found it to be a bit annoying… And you can call in a clone, but gone are the clone puzzles and distracting.. and because of that the clone turns into a consumable skill like turning invisable. This time however you're able to create or become a perfect clone in an online co op mode. As a perfect clone you have all of your skills and items, but you can't parry in combat and you die in one hit,and if either you or your partner dies you can brign the other back to life by sacrificing half of your health. And speaking of combat, they somehow managed to make it worse. They got rid of the auto locking which is great.. youre free to run which was the thing that held the original games experience down so much… but because of this.. .parrying can be awakward, as youll a lot of the time be too close to parry while the enemy can still damage you, pretty annoying, but don’t worry. besides the first few levels. pretty much every enemy is invulnerable. So youre not gonna be needing those darggers too much… The game overall and the levels here at first feel polished and a nice change of pace, But by level 3 you realize they all look and feel the same. They feel like a broom closet compared to the shoe closet master of shadows was. They're small and compact and feel copy and paste rather than hand crafted and grand . They even went as far as reusing levels for 3 of the final missions.
A massive disappointment, as the level design was one of my favorite things about this series… Its still fun though..sneaking through vents.Dealing with new annoying enemies like dwarves that can smell you making hiding useless plus theyre invulnerable and even worse there are some of your favorite annoying enemies making a return like the beatles that spit at you..thankfully you're able to kill them like regular guards this time, and the mission structure has improved greatly… they’ll have you retracing your steps as youre running around to sabotage or assassinate a target,it isn’t just getting from point a to b.. there are even some boss battles in here. that if youre wondering if theyre as bad as the maste of shadows ends boss,im pleased to say that these 2 boss battles were 2 of the most memorable moments in the game… And of coruse the jokes and game references are all over here both in game and at your death screen.Which is another improvmement.. load times… they still need work but are miles better than they were .
Shards of Darkness is a mixed bag of emotions.. I love the change in combat, the fact that we have real skills available from the start, improved mission structure, less grindy story, faster load times, better bosses, but the forced do not get detected sections of the game, the lack of materials to actually craft with the crafting system, the amount of invulnerable enemeies, the tiny repetitive maps… it stops this game from surpassing the first… It felt more of a rush through stealth game than a calculating, pick your targets, take them out one by one, im goblin batman, like I came to love from the original game… I was doing more avoiding enemies and the world than I was engaging with it… I give Styx: Shards of Darkness a 7/10

PROS
+Solid sneak and stealth-kill gameplay
+Styx is an entertaining, fourth-wall breaking star
+Decent graphics and production design
+Co-op mode
+Gorgeous visuals crafted in Unreal Engine 4
+Superior PC performance

Cons
-Feels old-fashioned
-Poor combat
-Climbing controls; stilted facial animations; lack of developed characters other than Styx
-Mediocre skill tree system
-Useless parry mechanic

Neutral
=Styx' sense of humor

-Conclusion-
Shards of Darkness feels like a breath of fresh air in the stealth genre. It’s a game that borrows heavily from other franchises, but one that has enough panache and personality to pull off a unique approach. While the story is mysterious, yet unremarkable, the game remains entertaining through sheer strength of will, and a generous helpful of sarcasm and smart humour.

I came into Dead Rising 4 without any expectations. I've played the first Dead Rising, and wasn't a huge fan, really. Killing zombies was fun, but I've always disliked things with timers. I did play DR 2 or 3, and because I can't compare DR4 to either of those. It may be because of this that I'm enjoying DR4 so much. As other's say, it's not terribly difficult, but I'm still enjoying the large map, abundance of enemies to kill, and fun weapons to wield. Progression feels good with leveling happening at a satisfying and rewarding rate. Frank West's dialogue is well done, and the humor adds to the experience.
Many of the negative reviews I've seen have come from people that have played the earlier installments and were expecting more of the same. I seem to be part of the new demographic that they're targeting, and I guess I'm happy for that.
I very much enjoyed Dead Rising 4. There's a solid core plot, and many optional sidequests that appear for a limited amount of time. And completing all of these involves running around slaughtering the undead or psychopathic humans with almost any object in the world. You can also build combo weapons in order more easily dispatch your enemies.

Combo weapons and vehicles allow for more ludicrous attacks. It's hard to express the satisfaction of taking out dozens of zombies at once with an axe taped to a sledgehammer, swung in insane circles. These gain extra Prestige Points when used on zombies, helping Frank to level up.

I found that boss fights were a little better in Dead Rising 3, but they're still engaging and fun in Dead Rising 4. The fights can sometimes prove to be weird and unexpected, and that is a welcome feature. The autosave function is very good as well. The old DR games had terrible save features, and this game has perfected that feature. After spending 5+ hours with Dead Rising 4, I can't recommend the game enough

I know I'm in the minority here but i actually enjoyed the game a lot more without the timer. Obviously, there are many others who did not. I felt like I could take my time and explore and see what all the game had to offer. Hopefully, the next game can strike a balance where there will be an option to play the campaign with or without the timer.

Pros
+Amusing, endearing commentary from Frank
+Stupid, fun weapons
+Zombie selfies!
+Fantastic open-world setting that is filled with detail
+The removal of the timer allows you to play at your own pace
+Tons of amusing outfits to discover
+Lots of weapons to create with tons of variety
+The combination of weapons and vehicles are outstanding
+Improved investigations and camera mechanics
+Killing hordes of zombies in so many different ways never gets old
+Weapon upgrade system
+Tons of zombies on screen at one time

Cons
-No campaign co-op
-Some occasional bugs and glitches
-Gameplay might be on the easy side for some
-Very little in terms of new ideas
-Frustrating encounters
-Where are the psychos?
-No benefit to using different weapons once you find your favorite

My verdict:4/5
Minor technical issues aside, the game is a blast. Finer tuned mechanics, streamlined inventory management and a combo vehicle accessible map makes returning to Willamette a worth while experience. Less gimmick, more fun. - I also guarantee at the time of writing this that the majority of severely negative reviews from users are people who haven't actually played the game at all.

http://omoteura.com/atelier-firis/ for full archeivement and guide(it's in japanese)
[link above are the guide to 100% archeivement]=beware it is in japanese

Don’t let the game’s convenience mechanics fool you, though. Atelier Firis definitely makes it a point to be particularly inconvenient at times. Perhaps the biggest example of this is the fact that you have to go hunt down characters to swap them in and out of your party even after you already met them.

Pros
+Open world exploration
+Custom item creation top to bottom
+Fun, quick battles
+In-game music customizable
+Easy to understand alchemy
+Choices that matter
+Endless replay value
+Colorful, interesting characters
+10 ENDING+(be sure to save and do the character side quest seperately)
+Huge amount of content

Cons
-Slow movements
-NPCs mostly static
-Return of the dreaded time limit
-Support Guard only protects Firis
- Side characters seem a little blander than those in the previous titles.
- Side characters seem a little blander than those in the previous titles.
-Short on Main game story, Post game is rather long if you plan to get all 10 true endings.

Neutral
-Main Game seems shorter than post game
-sidequest does not seems to be rewarding at all(too repetitive)
-Niche gameplay
-The second half of the game can be frustrating and overwhelming(if you do not have guide to help you)

I admire Gust for delivering a product outside of their comfort zone. However, even though the open world is the most exciting new addition, it also tends to bring the most problems with it. Atelier Firis will surly impress fans of the franchise, but could feel dated to modern RPG fans.
While still keeping its staple formula alive by maintaining the aspects of material gathering, simplistic turn-based battles, and alchemy, Atelier Firis is further improved by tweaking them in ways that’ll invite newcomers with open arms while keeping returning fans happy. While visually the game is a little rough, the sheer amount of things you can do and hours you’ll subsequently expend is endless. Atelier Firis: The Alchemist and the Mysterious Journey is a light-hearted and enjoyable JRPG where you can put your alchemy skills to the test.
These are really minor complaints, though, when stacked against the fact that Atelier Firis took me back to the innocence and joy in those Arland games that got me interested in the series in the first place. Most importantly, given that this is the first time that he’s helmed the creative side of an Atelier title, Shinichi Yoshiike has proven himself to be a confident and safe pair of hands to shape the series into the future. As such, I expect that this series will continue to remain my favourite among the more traditional JRPG franchises out there.
Despite its relatively flat cast, the game is a rather enjoyable experience that will feel well-rounded to fans of the series. The large map offers far more exploration opportunities than previous games did, which may help compensate for a pretty lackluster battle system. Smaller tweaks that combine older gameplay mechanics with some of the newer features from more recent titles like Atelier Sophie make Atelier Firis feel particularly special.

This title certainly takes an interesting new turn in the franchise, improving some of its shortcomings, but not all of them. Still, a very good RPG Atelier fans should try.

Presentation(4)
The game world is stylized very well. The character models are incredibly detailed, the world is very large and diverse, much more than the last Atelier game, making it very fun to explore.
Gameplay(4)
While the battle system could be improved upon, synthesizing items is still a treat in this game. Throughout the game, players will have to explore, gather, collect recipes, and synthesize items together.
Lasting Appeal(4.5)
One might find themselves wanting to come back for more, even after beating the main game. There is so much to do that you might have to remind yourself to eat! The game sports multiple endings to encourage continued play, and the mix of the timed and untimed systems give everybody something to enjoy.

Final Verdict 4.3/5
Atelier Firis: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Journey is a game that can be played and enjoyed by both fans of the series, newcomers, and even people who would otherwise not consider it. It may not be a complete return to form for the series, but It does a great job of mixing both modern and classic Atelier games. I believe that it ranks slightly higher than the last entry. The presentation of the game is strong as well, with easy to navigate menus and plenty of shortcuts. The graphics are anime-chic, and definitely won’t wow you, but don’t let you down either. Perhaps most enjoyable is the music, and again this game allows you to use music from other titles in the Atelier family in place of the defaults.
