That said, was the ticket still open? If it's closed quickly without actual response, the account is compromised.
It just means your impatient.
Little bit of patience goes a long way.
So you didn't manage your account very well, couldn't use any of the self-recovery options, made a support ticket and are gobsmacked that there were other people ahead of you in the support queue? You should have been given the highest priority because you wanted to buy something?
You're telling yourself quite a story there to make yourself feel better. So what do you think you'll do in the future? Better account management, or a new round of outrage around support queues and sale dates?
My experience has been nothing but bot replies followed by a real person artfully dodging you and refusing to fix problems, despite having admitted to being due to their own fault.
Locking tickets without solving (or even attempting to) and warning you not to make any more tickets on said topic is pretty rude too, in my opinion.
Overall, it's very disappointing.
Kinda seems like abuse of support and you don't like being told they don't exist to entertain you. Don't like being told no. Or being told the conversation is over. And you don't like the idea they don't require your approval to say either.
If that is what you think, so be it.
Game issues are not handled by Steam support, you need to contact the devs of the game to get support.
