you can... but you need an xbox controller remote and an xbox controller and you need the friend to come to your house actually i did this and theres a bad glitch so you need two controllers

You have to install rocket launcher (google it) inject mods (click the button when rl is launched) there will be a tab called "Map Swapper", click it, then find the map in the list of all the maps you have subscribed to, then click "Swap". Now, in the game, when you load the labs map "Underpass", you will get the workshop map you chose before. If you want to play with bots, just load up an exibithion match. Also you can make lan matches with custom maps too.

Any workshop map to be exact.
