Unfortunately it's the AI that came with the game. There have been a literal ♥♥♥♥ ton of debate and AI bashing on the community forums and it's still in a terrible state.

We are all waiting for Paradox to come up with a working one.

Mod doesn't work for jet strategic bombers, only regular strategic bombers. Tested without any other mods enabled.

Because there are no jet powered strategic bombers used in maritime patrol duties.
That's not a bug.

While using v3.0 countries without specific aircraft names for the maritime variants of strategic and tactical bombers just have all of those variants named "Maritime variant" even though fighter-bombers and heavy fighter-bombers have the correct names (e.g. Fighter-Bomber II or Fighter-Bomber III).

heavy-fighter bomber has bugged air defense stats (169?!?) and the various "side grade" planes such as the Heavy Fighter Bomber and Maritime Patrol planes do not upgrade properly, switching to a new model doesn't mark the old model as outdated in squadron service, so they just go into storage instead of replacing existing planes.

my ME-110 C-4/B's are not being replaced by the BF-110 G-2 line i run now, it's only slotting G-2's in as replacements for losses.

The stats typo is fixed.

However the not-upgrading bug is proving to be a bit more illusive. I'm still working on it and will release the fix as soon as possible.

It's because cv_naval_bomber is not used anymore.

The messages only appear in the debug mode. It's a non-issue. It's not a bug.

I did some naval testing without any mods other than the full Realistic Air Missions and with the Together for Victory expansion and found that carrier planes are acting as fighters instead of as bombers. This counts for all three plane types when they are the only planes deployed. Torpedo and dive bombers will shoot at each other and do 0.10% damage to enemy carriers no matter what. They are carrier IVs with Pacific fleet design (106 planes) and with third tier of naval aircraft.
