LAAT/i Gunship is an Error Message
I dont have CS:S but I've got CS:S content and textures and everything and everything else seems to work but the gunship. The whole thing is just an error message but I can still see the button, it still flies and it still has that trail behind it. Is there a vehicle mod I need that's not in the description? If so please give me a link or otherwise just tell me what's wrong.

Wait I have an idea maybe it uses HL2E2 textures I'll try that.

Did you try getting the Laat/i models. maybe thats the problem.

I have this same issue, but I've downloaded the LAAT/i addon and its still an error

Yeah, I really don't think this is going to be fixed, the addon is obviously abandoned meaning that further updates and fixes are not likely. Last time this was active was Feb 2020, over a year ago and no fixes have been released whatsoever.
