As an idea for this, wouldn't it make more sense to have the Narcotic grades be progressions of one another, rather than made from the raw Narcotics? That is to say, you craft ten regular Narcotics into a Blue, five Blue into a Purple, two Purple into a Yellow, five yellow into a Red, and ten Red into a Black, with each of them simply taking a little more time than standard narcotics to make, since you need to go through each step?

As it stands, if you make blue narcotics and then don't use them all before you get to the purple tier or higher, they become useless.
