What Jobs do YOU want added?
This is a Suggestion Discussion listing various Job type clothes, weapons, skills (if they become implimented) this is now official! (yay). That said, I would like to see Blue Mage added into the mod. I prefer the XI version of the clothes rather then the ones that look like a superhero costume, Magic can be obtained by crafting it using parts dropped only by passive or hostile npc, their main weapon could be daggers, and I would think it might be a good idea to have Custom boss drops so they could learn some "High Tier" magic. What do you all think? :marquis:

Oh yes! I will take suggestions ^_^ I've also got a growing list of ideas for special jobs.

It would be really cool to see Vieran tenants with jobs that help the player. Such as after placing the race and gender deeds, adding items to their room will determine job (ex. furnace in room = cook). Some interesting jobs would include smith (makes normally uncrafable Vieran swords and guns?), hunter (crossbow weilding; will periodically go creature-hunting and bring back meat?), and beastmaster (sells pets). Just throwing some ideas out there!

I think this mod seems very interesting. Will your job tree be the basic FF style? Or will it branch out to the various sub categories such as dark night and summoner? In which case, how would those work out? Maybe sprites and what not for the summon that involves AoE things? I.E. damage, heals, debuffs.

And I feel this may be an odd place to plug this, but since you are looking into a mod that seems to be NPC related, maybe there will be some interest in a post about NPC behavior and usability: http://community.playstarbound.com/threads/npcs-need-some-things-to-do.119275/

I would love to see some modders coming together to maybe piece together something for the people that play this game, hope to see some input and maybe something will come of it :D

I think the Paladin and Dark Knight, even a Dragoon would be excellent additions to the jobs.

Well, perhaps the jump mechanic would be lost in this game, maybe give them the option to be mounted on a chocobo with extended reach.
