Gnome?
I found the gnome in the secret room as many know where the room is and i was like there must be something to do with this gnome and i was flying around the map and found a boarded up hole i threw the gnome in there and music started playing i dont know what that unlocks or does...

its on some wall at the end of the map you must look around the map borders
