may be possible because players might kill themselves multiple times and since dropped hats can be picked up by both teams, they can farm points for an easy win

This may be easilly fixed by making so that when a Player from RED dies, a RED hat appears which can only by picked up by BLU, also hats only appear when the death is caused by an player from the opposing team. This may be easier done usind the inteligence like hats rather than the powercells from Rd_Asteroid.

If i recall, suicide doesn't cause you to drop a hat. It's something I can look into, but the logic is the same as Watergate, just skinned differently, and I haven't heard of any issues like that on it so far.
