Take a look at the hands of a normal CP model, then at the female version's. As someone who does poses, I just find them odd-looking and sorta annoying to work with

i have the original pack, but the following ones are still missing textures: arctic, beta, black, breen, elite shock unit, spec ops, steampunk, both tf2 ones, tribal, both tron ones, and urban camo.
again, i have the original pack that is listed in the description
