Distraction Hotkey
Maybe set a hotkey with this to throw a rock? NPC's won't break their specific pathing, but rather will patrol on it, allowing them you to move while their back is turned, the rock will disappear manually after awhile, and NPC's will only try to inspect it when it is initally thrown.

The Sound Grenade was initially intended to be a throwable can or bottle, but I noticed that they emit a really low noise. It wouldn't be very realistic to alert nearby enemies, unless the object fell right next to them, and that would be useless anyway. That's why I made a grenade that emits a gunshot sound instead.
