Yup here to all my other mods are working Now trying to Set it on a different loading place Maybe its an other mod thats not allowing this to be loaded correctly

Non learnable engrams or non placable structures are always cause by the same two problems:

1) the mod itself is outdated on the server
2) some other mod that is earlier in the load order is outdated on the server

Aku Shima once had an update but didnt require it to keep playing on the server, half the structures of another mod werent placable. Just today I saw the new engrams from the Metal Glass mod in my list, non learnable. Problem was the server files werent updated. Both problems were fixed by simply updating the server files.

Of course if you play SP then you will never run into that problem, unless your game somehow doesnt autoupdate, then i suggest a steam restart

True but i know that everythingh is updated i just checked again . Will try again at a later date .

I am totally having this issue now. The old mod we were using didn't update so it made the whole server unusable unless it got deleted. So everything we had with the old mod is gone. Our base has some crazy holes in it now. They downloaded this mod today to fix the issue but I cannot learn any of the engrams. So it is server side eh?

It does not work Maybe its conlficting with an other mod but im not going to try and delete the mods ...

I have just posted an update in the main comments, I will rework the mod over the coming days to rename the assets that could be causing a conflict (Even though the Ark Devs said this would not happen so its a little annoying) and I hope this will solve any issues people are having.

The mod is currently not working anymore since the last 255.3 patch. Will there be an update for this? Let us know :)
