I only encountered this problem recently on gm_megacity, but this glitch seems to affect both the standard and improved combine npcs. They throw grenades and deploy manhacks, but they don't shoot anything. They just stand there and look at you. Any tips on how to fix this? (Note: This happened after accessing a save on my file, not after spawning individual troops.)
