Limits and capabilities of this mod
Dragons are spawned via a world interaction script (used vastly in the vanilla game). Some variables are easily changed by a mod but others are actively changed by this script. Rewriting the script is possible but can break quests, other mods and such. It is difficult to answer individual queries on the comments page due to the number of posts. If there is something specific, please make a new discussion.

Does it totally alter the game for beginners? I have a great collection going but I am making sure to not change the story or anything. Personally I love finding a sleeping dragon perched up in the mountains. Trying to sneak up to it. The fight. I make little short stories out of each encounter.

Will this mod send all of the dragons way before the backhalf of the game? I don't want it to be a dragonless game too soon toward the end.
Or do dragons always spawn?

I know nothing about this game's code and policies. Haven't tried the CK yet.
