basicly you most replace the tf folder files with the mod folder files

The workshop one doesnt work it needs to be the one from https://sfmlab.com/item/329/

place it on C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\tf\materials

It's not working for me either. Even with the cubemaps from sfmlab. The uber is fixed but the australium looks exactly the same. It looks nothing like the images

The uber works, but skin still flashes. Engineer's glove too. Actually, it's just broken altogether.

for anyone wondering why the cubemaps don't work is that the tf folder doesn't work, when you download the one from sfm lab and copy the materials folder and paste it into the usermod folder, hope this works for ya'll
