I’ve searched the entire internet and I still don’t know how to make hostile NPCs cooperate with me. I’ve tried mods like NPC Tools, but that’s not what I’m looking for. What I want is for NPCs not to shoot at me, but to still shoot at civilians normally. I also want this behavior to be set automatically when they spawn.
